In this section, we will look at the passage for evidence that Cleopatra dominates the scene and controls events. We will also look at Antony's attempt to give commands and advice to Cleopatra with his last breath, how the power of Rome is tangible, even at this intimately tragic moment, and at some of the hidden meanings contained within the language.
